At nighttime, the boulevard comes alive with lights and activity with many young people “cruising” the “strip.” The culture found along this famous strip is profuse and undeniable.

The Braemar Country Club in Tarzana offers two regulation eighteen-hole courses. The West Course is hillier than the East Course and has tree-lined fairways that are extremely narrow. On the West Course, water comes in to play on two holes. The East Course is designed similarly to the West Course but with flatter terrain. Water comes in to play on five holes on the East Course. Both courses have small greens that are medium speed.
